• Losses greater than the amount deposited by you into your Account.

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to any conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration according to California law.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at our discretion, effective immediately upon posting on our platform.

12. Termination

Your access to and use of the Services will terminate automatically if:

• You fail to comply with any provision in this Agreement.
